Cancellation Policy

If your order is cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of your

rental period, you will be issued a complete refund. If the cancellation request happens within 48 hours of the start of your rental period, a $75 booking will be withheld. For instance, if you booked a rental from Friday to Sunday (standard weekend rental). you must cancel your rental by Wednesday at 11:59pm to avoid the $75administrative fee.
